After four years away from bodybuilding competitions, Troy Liverman won the heavyweight and overall class on October 4, 2008 NPC Southeastern USA Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships in Longwood, Florida. Liverman displayed a thick, muscular physique with excellent overall conditioning and that grainy look he is well known for. Troy has a very impressive set of arms, big round delts with awesome leg separation, hamstrings and big diamond shaped calves. His victory was well deserved.

 

Troy has great support at home. He is a proud father of two wonderful girls, Alexis and Adriana, and together with his wife Aileen, they make up a great team. He trains at University Fitness in Tamarac, Florida, under the watchfull eye of his friend and mentor Herc Marsella, a former competitive bodybuilder himself.

 

Winning 2008 NPC Southeastern USA, this 34 year x-ray tech from Coconut Creek, Florida, qualified to compete on the National level. Whenever, he decides to step on that National stage it will only be after he solidly proved at the Southeastern USA that he is more then ready to do so. His physique speaks for itself. Troy is a very nice person and a great representative of our sport. He is a terrific role model and we could all benefit from having people like him around us.
